Photographic Release: I authorize Unstoppable Profit Producer Program or its contractors to make and use photographs or audio or videotape of me and/or my children at this event for the purpose of marketing, training or for use in the creation of future products.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations between 31 and 90 days of the start of the event will receive a refund less a $100 Cancellation Fee per person and/or per each additional guest. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will receive a refund less a $200 Cancellation Fee per person ($100 per each additional guest.
License: This order constitutes a personal non-assignable license for the customer to use any information conveyed orally at the event, as well as the event handbook and any other writings provided, in conformity with the systems and training presented at the event for his/her personal or business purposes not related to training or coaching. Any other duplication, dissemination, use, sale or re-sale of said information or writing is prohibited.
Removal: Unstoppable Profit Producer Program shall have the right to refuse entrance to or remove any person whose conduct is objectionable, disorderly, disruptive or in violation of any law.
Recording: Video or audio recording of all or any portion of the event is prohibited.
Marketing: Distribution of marketing material in the room where the event is held is prohibited.
