You want to be sure that the content you provide in the email is engaging to the customer. Just using text is boring and often will not be read. Words such as free or using all caps will often cause your email to get marked as spam with most email providers.

Following Up with Clients

It is also important to follow up when someone emails you. You can have a great email but if there is no follow up, then it will essentially be wasted. When you follow up, personalizing emails is essential. It tells the client that this is not an automatically generated email. More than that, it shows your interest in helping them with their needs. Keep in mind that a quick response is needed because if you wait too long they will either lose interest or go with one of your competitors.
