Refund Policy

Unstoppable Profit Producer Program’s refund policy for events and products is as follows:

BE UNSTOPPABLE BOOTCAMPS / LIVE IN-PERSON EVENTS

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations between 31 and 90 days of the start of the event will receive a refund less a $100 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the start of the event will receive a refund less a $200 Cancellation Fee.
Refunds/Cancellations for Live In-Person Event: A refund is available if you call, fax or email a request for a refund to Unstoppable Profit Producer Program™. The request must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the event. The fax number for refunds is 760-645-7016. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR REQUESTS MADE AFTER THIS DEADLINE AND ANY FEES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED.

SILVER LEVEL MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

The Silver Level Membership is a month to month program, no long term contracts. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, just let us know and we will refund your first month’s membership investment back to you no questions asked. To cancel your Membership, call Unstoppable Profit Producer Program™ Customer Experience Team at 800-770-9984.
After the first 30 days of service, any cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the month in which Unstoppable Profit Producer Program™ is notified of the cancellation (must be 7 business days prior to the last day of the month). There will be no refund of partial fees for the final month of Membership.

PLATINUM LEVEL MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

No cancellation during the initial twelve (12) month term of a Platinum Level Membership will be permitted. To otherwise cancel your Membership, call Unstoppable Profit Producer Program™ Customer Experience Team at 800-770-9984.
Any cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the month in which Unstoppable Profit Producer Program™ is notified of the cancellation (must be 7 business days prior to the last day of the month). There will be no refund of partial fees for the final month of Membership.
For an annual prepaid Membership, a refund will be issued which will be calculated as follows: The total fee that the Member would have paid for the expired term of the Agreement will be calculated using the standard charge for a monthly Membership. That total will be subtracted from the amount paid by the Member. The balance will be the amount of the refund.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Sales for other products such as books, CDs, Digital Training Courses and clothing are final. If any such product is defective or damaged it may be returned to Unstoppable Profit Producer Program™ within thirty (30) days of its receipt for a replacement.
